How to Connect

Four steps to start working with your AI team.

01

Open the Agent Console

Navigate to the Agent Console from the Team Dashboard. Select the agent you want to talk to — each one has a distinct personality and specialty.

02

Start a Conversation

Type your message or question. The agent will respond in character, using their specialized knowledge and the firm's shared team context.

03

Let Agents Take Action

Agents can book appointments, create lead records, sync data to your CRM, publish social campaigns, and log activities — all through their connected tools.

04

Monitor in the Dashboard

Every agent action is logged to the Team Dashboard's activity feed. Critical and warning-level events also trigger email alerts and SMS notifications.

Key Principles

Cross-Referral

Every agent knows what the others do. When a request falls outside their role, they cross-refer the client to the right colleague — no handoffs are dropped.

Assessment First

No agent gives specific final pricing until the Principal Architect has completed a Systems Audit. All quoted prices are general estimates that will change based on client needs.

Activity Logging

Every significant agent action is logged to the Team Dashboard. Warning and critical events trigger email alerts and SMS notifications to the Principal.

Shared Context

All agents read from a shared team context file — the single source of truth for pricing, roles, cross-referral rules, and the Principal's directives.
